The location of this hotel is amazing! All the staff (front desk, breakfast service, housekeeping etc) are exceptional in assistance and kindness. The room and bathroom have adequate space and are clean and comfortable. Breakfast in more than adequate with lots of fresh choices and windows that overlook the Adriatic Sea. Would most definitely return!

We loved our stay at Covo dei Saraceni, the location and views from the hotel are unmatched in the area. Parking was free, easy and a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast buffed was incredible with a huge variety of foods and amazing views from the breakfast room. The room was well kept and clean but slightly older. We booked dinner on the balcony which was the greatest dining experience we’ve ever had!

Well-kept, rather modern hotel in Polignano a Mare. Great location, near the town and quite walkable. We had a lovely room with a balcony. The staff was helpful with some technology issues and always ready to help! Very clean and updated facility. Plenty of restaurants near by. The breakfast at the hotel was suburb.
