Very very dirty

Everything possible was wrong with it. Both queen, beds sheets were filthy and stained one had blood on it. One bed did not even have a fitted sheet on it or a blanket. Both beds were broke in the very center where your butt would lay the bathroom was quite nasty Hair on the floors hair and the tub, and there was dog hair all over the floors.

Stay Away! Very Dirty!

We chose this hotel based on the lazy river despite mixed reviews, and that was a mistake. It was extremely run down and our room was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in (and I’ve stayed in some sketchy places). Hair everywhere, stained sheets, an earplug wrapper by the bed, a strange powdery substance on the side of the bedskirt, mold in the bathroom, no tp holder, and our door wouldn’t shut without throwing your whole body into it. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but I don’t think they’re actively working on it. Breakfast was fairly good and the lady that kept it stocked was very helpful. Lazy river and indoor pool was ok, but outdoor pool was full of leaves and had ducks swimming in it. Definitely will not be returning. Do not recommend!

The hotel was inexpensive. The location is great. It appears to be under a remodel process. The staff were very nice. It is an older place. My grandson especially enjoyed the lazy river. The breakfast is what you'd expect at most budget places.

Can’t beat the price!

Although it seems they are under renovations this place wasn’t bad at all. Wasn’t the best looking hotel we’ve ever stayed at but it surely wasn’t the worse. The guy at the front desk was very nice and in the evening the lady working the desk was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The only nice thing about this hotel was the indoor pool and lazy river..the rooms were very dated and unclean. The mattress had blood stains on the side of them. The floors turned your feet black if you walked on them from dirt and there were many stains on the floor. The shower made a terrible loud noise while being used also.. I get it’s a “cheaper” place to stay in the area.. but it needs a lot of tlc. Probably won’t be back..

The hotel is in process of being remodeled. The "heated" pool was an ice bath. The hot tub was hot but jets were broken. You had to walk down 4 flights of stairs to get to the pool and lazy river, and then walk back up those stairs to the lobby for towels since they aren't employeeing enough people to stock the pool area. We had 2 rooms, each had a broken bed, only one had a fillable tub, only 1 had a blow dryer... luckily our rooms were across the hall from each other so we could use each other's amenities. The breakfast was awful unless you wanted to only eat waffles without protein. The 4th floor smells like weed and most of the elevators do not work.I do not recommend.

Dirty, broken, gross

Been staying at Park Tower Inn for 20 years. Haven’t been there in a while, this stay was terrible and different. Furniture is dirty and stained. Carpets are stained, indoor pool is cold, bubbles in hot tub did not work. Trash laid in the pool area the four days we were there. Bathroom light was not covered, one light was just a hole in the ceiling, bed was broken down. Terrible, but cheap, so if you’re looking for a good price and you don’t care too much about the cleanliness or comfortability, then it’s the place for you. This is not the same Park Tower Inn that I used to stay at, must have new owner because it is so different than any experience I’ve ever had in the past.

It was an ok stay.... as soon as we got off the elevator we were hit with a very very strong smell of weed when it was a no smoking and no pets hotel. As we are walking down the hall a dog starts barking and it barked ALL night. Also woke up multiple times to the strong smell of weed IN OUR ROOM. We complained to the front desk and they said "weve had multiple complaints about the dog and the owner says its a service dog, and we will investigate the weed smell." Thank God we were only staying one night.

Very close to everything, it’s an older Hotel and they are in the process of remodeling it. The lazy river was very nice, heated!! The indoor pole was not as warm, the outdoor pool was cool (temp was as well) nice hotel for the price

We did not have the best experience with our visit. When we arrived Friday night, we noticed that the hotel was under renovations, which was fine with us. We got to our room, and the room we got was nothing like the pictures online. The room had a musty smell that we had to immediately open the doors to air out. The bed was hard as a rock. We would have been better off if we slept on the concrete driveway. Our pillows were dirty. The shower looked to have mold on the top of it. Our 2nd night, the blow dryer stopped working, and then the 3rd night at 1am, our air conditioner stopped working, and we had to pack up all of our things to switch rooms. The room that we were transferred to was a little better, but it didn't have a TV remote or hot water. Was very disappointed.

GREAT STAY

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, MY SON LOVED THE LAZY RIVER, THE INDOOR POOL WAS EXTREMELY COLD! THE POOL OUTSIDE WAS COLD AS WELL, BUT THE LAZY RIVER WAS WARM AND ENJOYABLE. AGAIN CLOSE TO THA ISLAND AND TO MANY RESTAURANTS

3 day vacation

Over all was quiet but we wasn’t there besides to sleep pool and lazy river was in basement never used it. Can tell it’s under remodel which we didn’t know till we had got there and seen it ourself. Beds were wore down could feel the springs. Only had a few select Chanel’s on tv. And they had vending signs hung up but no machines nor could use the workout room. And the breakfast was ehh. Same thing for the whole stay we was there.

Under renovation-poor condition

The site is undergoing renovations which I was unaware of when booking this hotel. The condition of the hotel wasn’t great. Carpet was very dirty and the elevator near my room is not in service. The shower barely drained. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Bed bugs, dirty

As soon as we got onto the elevator things started looking real run down. They had signs about exscuse our mess while we re model so we let it go, got to the room looked like we walked back into the 90s went in the bathroom 2 cigarette burns on the 90s yellow tub and a 50 cent size ball of hair stuck on the side of the shower. Walked into the other room EVERYTHING was dirty. Went to go check the bed for that reason and found 2 bed bugs as soon as i moved the pillows. We hurried and got all our stuff went downstairs told the guy at from desk, which didnt seem surprised one bit about it, and told me id have tk wait for a refund until morning
