Great location

Great location, easy to find it, self check in, bar inside the property.

Definately a budget experience. Keypad for room hardly working. Window lock mechanism not working, not possible to close wondow. Toilet facilities below par.

My worst visit ever in any hotel in 50 years - avoid! Bad smell everywhere, nasty stains and wholes on blankets and sheets…

Great location.

Great location. Difficult for me to find. The fellow at the reception was not helpful and felt smug and arrogant. My Danish friend spoke to him and felt that he was tired of working in the tourist industry and that led to his arrogance. I asked about a room with private bath and the price he gave me was the price of the room online, without factoring in that I already had paid for a room for two nights. The bathrooms were a pain, but otherwise my room was fine.

Budget friendly, good find!

Really great location, in lively Nyhavn with water taxis, metros, bike rental all close by. Our only real issue was that the cleanliness of the place overall was lacking. Expectations of cleanliness with shared bathroom/shower facilities are generally low, these were about what you'd expect. This does not reflect the effort of staff however, who were clearly doing what they could. We didnt experience any issues with noise, its a very busy area so if you expect silence then thats on you. Bed was comfortable enough, pillows actually very comfortable! A good little budget friendly option. I'm sure the wealthy owner could spring for some more staff salaries - got to be making a fortune out this place, people crammed in everywhere!

Hotel location is excellent but busy as expected.

Amazing location and one of the cheapest accommodation around. Only problem we had was the capsules getting way too hot but we brought a fan and left the door to the capsule cracked overnight and that improved it alot

8/10 Very good

When sharing living space with strangers, the bathrooms are as expected, though not too bad, mostly just "used" and a little chipped. The beds were good size for two (im pretty small though), clean and comfy. The check-in was simple and the app worked for us. Very cozy building and situated central.

Fun inexpensive stay in the heart of Copenhagen

Hotel Nyhavn63 is a hostel in a fantastically fun part of Copenhagen. There is not much in the way of service (have to rent towels, and most rooms do not have their own shower). We got a private room with a shower and toilet, which was spacious but no-frills. The building is very interesting and there is an Asian fusion restaurant on the premises that is FANTASTIC! There is also a small bar with limited items. But outside there is a world of food and drink in the part of Copenhagen once frequented by sailors on leave...

2/10 Poor

Air-conditioning is as good as zero, way too warm and slightly tight capsules. Nowhere to store luggage.

10/10 Exceptional

Had go have a app to open the capsule, but they fixed it with a code without the app. It was a bit loud, so if you need total quiet to sleep, not so good. Toilets smelled a bit weird. Overall a good experience. Would recomend!

only passcode to come in, no one on the reception until 14:00, bathing area simple, you hear every word, musik or loud talking from the next rooms. Very good located if you arrive by Metro
Tiemo, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

With automated check-in and no staff available, it is crucial that signage and instructions are clear. Unfortunately, they are not. They had moved the entrance to my room (room 117) without changing the signage. There was a note on the wall about the change (which I saw only later), but otherwise all signage led in the wrong direction. I could not find my room and had to sleep the first night in the corridor until staff arrived 8am the next morning. When I suggested they might want to update the signage for the future, the receptionist replied that I probably couldn't read given I hadn't seen the one note on the wall and instead relied on the general signage posted all around the building.
Jannik, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The building is amazing, the room itself was spacious but the mattress was very thin, not suitable for a stay longer than one night. The lockers didn't work and there was no one that could help us at the time we arrived unfortunately.

Ok stay in pod for two nights

It was ok. The location very good. The digital locks and systems ok, little fidgy the digital pod door lock. Toilets not flushing so well, and no complimentary towel was a big minus. Came late and couldn't get a towel since the front desk was closed. Pillow and mattress very good. Having broken beer crates as stairs to upper pod not really safe.. All in all a price worthy.
