We paid for a front, balcony room, #307, and it was great until the dog in room 308 started barking. It didn’t make much noise but did bark every time a dog walked by on the boardwalk, three floors below.
I CAN’T BELIEVE YOU ALLOW DOGS IN THE ROOMS!!
Our room was terrific, clean, and on the 3rd floor as we requested.
The only problem was that we were there 2 nights and our beds were NEVER made so it was discouraging to walk into our room at the end of the day and see 2 messy, unmade beds.
When you run a hotel you have got to staff it sufficiently so that your customers are happy and satisfied and that did not occur each time we walked into a messy room!
Also, the breakfast was not up to the usual good standards this fall as there used to be chopped, fresh fruit and this time, all you got was an apple or a banana.
