Room cleaning has not provided in time till 4:40PM while room clean light had turn on 9:00AM. Room clean service is available till 5PM so only changed towels.

Very nice hotel that could reach everywhere. The 24 hours tea time service at the basement is great.
And the people are so nice with great service.
The room is good and big. If the checkout time could be at noon will be even perfect.

What an absolutely fantastic hotel. Loved our stay here and in Kaoshiung. We wished we would have stayed longer.
We had access to breakfast daily which was varied and plentiful. The staff were always so kind and helpful.
We also took advantage of the downstairs lounge which offered beverages and light snacks, mostly sweet but some salty, such as congee.
The room was well appointed and spacious. The only drawback for other guest who may not be a couple or close family might be the unique bathroom layout. The room was a full open concept. Bedroom bathroom all in one and exposed. Privacy was established with a heavy curtain and a mechanical black out shade. It didn't bother me at all, but it may be an issue for others.
If we ever come back to Kaoshiung we will stay here again, without question!

Comfortable room and bedding. Room size is decent as well as the snack bar, ample with good quality. It made me looking forward to the breakfast and it did not disappoint. Staffs are friendly with great help. Great hotel to my surprise.

The wifi in Room 602 was a little weak but otherwise, the hotel provided us with such a splendid service.
Complementary snack bar was great and breakfast was also very enjoyable. Rooms were also very nicely cleaned. Very satisfied.

Access to the lounge with all day long snacks and beverages. Stone throw to the Love river and glory pier and all the major attractions. The best place to stay in kaohsiung for sure and perhaps the best in Taiwan

Had a great stay!
The location is quite convenient to go to the river side and you can walk quite a lot of interests. The staff is polite and things are smooth. If their English is a bit better, that would have been more helpful. They have snack bar and have tons of dessert choices with some savory food. We used the place after dinner desert fix!

Location was amazing hotel was in the heart of everything tons of malls around and food! The only thing is the room had a musky smoke smell and the bathroom design was weird cause it’s not a separate enclosed area. So when you do your business if someone in the room they can hear it lol
