We arrived at the hotel at the time fixed for the check-in. No one was there for us, just a sign basically saying "I'm out for other activities. In case you need me call me".
As we couldn't make intercontinental call, we waited more than 2 hours and no one showed up. We reached expedia to help us. They haven't solved our problem. They couldn't relocate us and I'm still waiting for someone to answer to me. The room payment was made in advance so the owner kept our money and we had to find another hotel.
