Disappointing stay overall
We stayed at this inn for two nights and unfortunately encountered several issues during our visit. There was a water leak in the bathroom, and the door handle was broken, making it impossible to lock. The presence of smokers around the property caused the smell to drift into our room, which was quite unpleasant.
One of the most surprising aspects was discovering—only upon our return after a long day—that the city had scheduled a water shut-off for both nights of our stay. Although the hotel had been informed in advance, we were never notified, and only found out through a letter taped to our door.
Additionally, there was no housekeeping service provided between nights, and despite bringing up the bathroom concerns on our first day, no action or follow-up was taken.
Overall, we were disappointed with our experience and felt that the service and communication could have been much better.
