Will not book this motel again
I have booked the hotel from 1/8/2025 to 1/10/2025 2 nights through Hotel.com. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was not clean. Many scraps of used tissue paper on the floor and hair/juice stains on the sheets. The pillowcases were also used. I asked the lady at the counter to replace them with new ones and clean them. She told me they had no extra pillowcases and sheets, and the cleaning staff was not available. I asked for a full refund and the lady said I had to talk to her manager the next day or I could go somewhere else.
So I stayed the first night and checked out around 8:30 the next morning. I sent multiple messages through Hotel.com asking for a refund for the next day, but still no response.
I booked a room with 2 queen beds and one of the beds was damaged and tilted back when I lay on it. It shows a refrigerator is included on the Hotel.com, but there was none.
