I could not check in. It turned out that I should have received a form to get a code for self check in. Sadly, I learned about it too late. I did not receive the form and could not get any information from the hotel nor Expedia. It was the key information yet there was nothing said about it on Expedia. I read other people's review and almost everyone experienced the same problem. I have now lost confidence in Expedia's client support.
