Stayed here several times over the course of a couple of weeks in and around Cusco. Central, lovely friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, very clean, plenty of hot water 24/7 The standard double was fine (we had 1 night in this room type) but for other nights we found it worth paying a little extra for the Panoramic Suite which had loads of space, great while on an extended stay, a huge walk in shower which was great when returning from jungle trips and treks, and quite simply the best view in Cusco. The Plaza de Armas is lively though, especially in June, so expect some noise but grandstand views of all the parades and dance events. We didn't find the noise to be to much though and in fact during our stay the french doors onto the balcony were upgraded which gave a peaceful night's sleep even at the height of the Corpus Christ week celebrations
