The property is nothing like the pictures. Everything feels cheap, they have a plastic chair, no duvet, soap dispenser are unlabelled bottles of something else, etc. There is no manager on site and they are unresponsive. I booked a City View but manager insisted that a hallway window qualifies as City View. Not sure they understand English. Rooms are most definitely not soundproof and they are on top of a bar. Dogs barking in the backyard late at night. The breakfast is eggs only, nothing like they show in the pictures. Choose between coffee OR juice but not both. That’s it, less than $1 worth of food. Again, feels very cheap for what I paid. I left after the first night because they wouldn’t move me to a quiet room or one with a window. They also didn’t respond to the booking agent. Apparently, they don’t speak English so couldn’t talk to the booking agent. I’m fluent in Spanish yet I couldn’t communicate with the manager because they were not just not willing to help.
