三條苑でググるといろいろ出ては来ますが、別に気にしない人にはとてもコスパの良いホテルだと思います。
良い点は
・目黒駅から徒歩1、2分
・部屋が広い
・水回りのファシリティは古いが、清潔感はありタオルも厚手で気持ち良い
・エントランスやロビーはビジネスホテルとは一線を画す落ち着いた空間
・部屋で仕事をするには少々暗いと告げたら、直ぐにスタンドを持って来て頂いた。さらに空気清浄機も。気持ちの良い対応だった。
それ以上を求める人は2倍、3倍の金額のホテルをお勧めします。
ビジネスホテルの狭さが苦手な人には良い選択だと思います。

チェックイン時に 対応した、小林という眼鏡の年配のスタッフが、
スタッフ「駐車場は別途1500円頂戴します。現金でよろしいですか？」
私「カードでもいいですか？」
スタッフ「できれば現金で。なければカードでもいいですが。」
施設側の都合で現金にして欲しいならお願いをする立場なのに、その口のきき方はないと思いました。
チェックイン時にもう2度と来ないと決めました
。
最初に嫌な思いをしてしまうとその後ずっと気分が悪いです。
施設も古くて汚いし、アメニティも最低限の物しか揃ってないし、壊れたフックとかも直さずにそのままぶら下がっていた。
今まで宿泊したホテルの中でワースト1でした。
申し訳ないですが、無料でももう泊まりにいきません。

庭が、小さいけれども趣きがあって、ほっこりしました。部屋から眺めると、池の鯉も綺麗でよく見る事ができ、都会の中の小さなオアシスでした。

駅から近いのに静かな環境です。
最上階の部屋は広めで、ベッドも広く東京タワーも見えました。
しかし設備は古く、コンセントは1つだけ、スタンドの電球は切れていました。
一番気になったのはセキュリティです。
入り口を入るとすぐ左手にエレベーターがありますが、フロントは右手の柱の奥で、入って来た人が全く見えません。
もちろんドアマンも不在。
あの作りでは、関係ない人がエレベーターにスーッと乗れてしまう。
フロントスタッフは真顔で、気の利いた会話もなく、業務的なのが残念。
朝食のスタッフだけはとても感じの良い方でした。
朝食は最低限のビュッフェスタイル。
料金に見合ったホテルだから仕方ないでしょうが、これといって可もなく不可もないホテルなら、もう少しサービス向上を目指して頂ければ、リピーターも増えるのにと残念に思いました。

スマホの繋がりが悪い
東京滞在中に一泊しました。
5階の南側の部屋でしたがスマホの繋がりが悪くフロントに相談すると、お客様のスマホのセキュリティの 問題だと言われましたが、とりあえず部屋を北側に変えてもらったらサクサク繋がりました。部屋はシンプルだが古いタイプのホテル。枕元にコンセントがなくて不便です。朝食はビュッフェスタイル。品数は少なく全てが美味しいなかったです。白米は質が悪くビックリしました。それほど安くないホテルでしたので残念です。
