Everything was nice and perfect in the Hotel but the stauff in the reception have to learn how to behave with the guests,
why I say so?
Check in:
At the check in a 5* hotel you can't say to the guest: "I can see that you booked just 2 rooms trought Expedia (but I made the reservation for 3 rooms)" and after a little search, he found out also the third room, but at the end the mistake wasn't in the system but was "my mistake" that the guy couldn't find the the third room in the system...in this kind of situation is better to say--- "Just a moment please, I need to check something in the system"; nice and polite sentence NO?
Check out:
They offered me free Wifi, but if you wanted to us that, you had to chose the option 55 AED for 24 hours, and they had to take it out during the chek out; was a pity that I didn't realize that they didn't toke out the ammount for the Wifi, but during the dinner in the hotel, I made a fast check, and after that I made a complain. At the first moment they said that they couldn't give me back the money (I paid in cash) and after 5 min. they could do you; the funny side, is that for the guy at the reception, the mistake was also from my side (could be???) that I didn't make a right check in the invoice for all 3 rooms (but I made the cke in the restaurant not???) and I tolf me that for 3 TIMES...I don't look stupid, if yes, strange that my job is "financial controller".
For the other part of the team...ONLY MY BEST COMPLIMENTS!!
