This place does not have a front desk or personnel onsite. The location is not secure and there is a gap in the fence that allows a person easy access to the interior grounds. This combined with an easily bypassed front door and faulty electronic locking system can put determined average criminals INSIDE the building with no way to counter this. I noticed the front door was not locking and that it was broken. I notified the whatsapp account manned by the hotel. Their response was that their maid said the lock was not broken. This was false, and proven false when they fixed it the next morning. They argued with me and told me the door was not broken as if they were there to see it with their own eyes. That certainty was given to them from their maid/locksmith, and my inability to lock the door did not warrant an emergency repair of the door. Amazingly, the door locked the next morning after the repairman came and fixed it. No apology for the 36 or so hours the property was unsecured, Nothing. Something that could have been fixed in a half workday ended up taking one and a half. All because no employees were onsite. That is the fatal flaw of this business model. Its insecure in an insecure neighborhood. I lived in that neighborhood in the past so I know. Avoid this place and their incompetence. There are better options that are priced competitively.
