Check in was smooth, reception was welcoming and staff were friendly. The breakfast was solid and cycled daily.Really enjoyed the pool, and the regular staff at the swim-up bar were very friendly.
Noise from the road and the shared hallway was sometimes a bit much but youre in Patong, so kind of to be expected
Only issues we had was that cleaning of the rooms was sporadic and not always to a very high standard. Some days we would put up the clean room sign at 8am, get home at 6pm and the room wasnt cleaned. It also appeared that the hallway of our floor wasnt cleaned for at least a week with the same noticable dirt and debris being present for that time.
All in all a nice stay in the heart of Patong
