Unacceptable staff behavior.
I was at this hotel in my room with the door locked less than 24 hours when I wake up and see two unknown men walking out of my hotel room. I heard them use a master key to lock the door. And then they began knocking loudly on my door as if they had not already used a master key to enter my room without my permission while I was alone and sleeping. The picture shows you on the closed door there is absolutely no inside security lock to prevent them from being able to enter your room with a master key. As a female foreigner on a solo trip I was TERRIFIED!!! How dare them come into my room without my permission and stand there watching me sleeping!! When I opened the door they had just locked with the master key and started knocking loudly after exiting the room, the excuse was “you have the wrong key to this room, you have a different rooms key and we need that key.” I immediately knew this was nonsense because I unlocked that door with that key and it had the number on it, regardless I went and got my key and handed it to them. And he simply replied “oh there are 2 keys for this room” and he turned around and they left. Yeah of course there’s two keys mine and the one in his hand which was the master key!! I immediately checked out and moved to a safer hotel. I had paid for two nights and lost the money for the second night. All foreign solo female travelers please DO NOT stay here. It’s horrible!!
