Very clean bathroom, great living room setting, clean and nice bedroom. The best place I ever stated at in Newark New Jersey. The little things I paid attention to and this place has it. They give you shampoo, toothbrushes, toilet paper and have a clean fridge for you. Some places I been to were dirty and didn't even have soap for you to wash your hands

A pretty decent room with convenient proximity to the airport. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The space features a full kitchen and a restroom, making for a comfortable stay.

I didn’t use the kitchen, besides storage in the fridge which was empty and clean. No staff interaction, I didn’t see anyone. Room was clean, though pillows were all very hard and way too big to sleep on, even on my side. King mattress was comfortable, room was quiet. As a place to sleep and shower for a night it did the trick

Our stay was fine. We felt safe and it was as advertised. The room was clean and perfect for our stay. One of the only complaints we had is that it was very cold in our room compared to the rest of the building. The people above us were also very loud late into the night and early morning. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. thank you!

TLDR: A person can sleep but the door code doesn’t work well. The door code thing is annoying but the bed was comfy and the other rooms and surrounding area wasn’t loud.

Shared Bathroom - this is a Hostel in Very Shady area - 3 sets of codes to get in - had to find an Actual Hotel to stay in rest of trip because I did Not Feel Safe At All - No Refund from the ‘Villa’

Terrible place to stay- picture, comments vs reality is different. It is not at all family place to live. I could stay only a night though our booking was for 3 night. Owner doesn’t want to return money. But it is ok to stay safe and alive in other place rather stay that terrible place.

A dump not a resort a total dumpster. In a neighborhood you would take your life in your hands. Even the people wouldn’t come to the door without twice verifying who I was. It was just a house

Far from the name . This is a hostel in the hood. Drug dealers on the corner. A condo or town homes rooms rented. This is 3rd world crap. Stay away.

We did not even unpack! We left and found a motel! Was booked for one house and got moved to a second location. Cameras everywhere! Cabinet doors hung on by electrical tape. Shower didn’t even work. Three drug deals were happening within minutes of getting out of the car. Definitely was not a safe place to stay. I do not recommend this place at all!!!

It's kind of hostel in a single home where more than 10 rooms have been given on rent and area is also not looking good so think before renting it to stay with family. Also, room is also not space friendly. However, one night stay is fine if budget is a constraint.

Was great up til the day I had to leave. I unfortunately couldn’t pay and needed them to give me time to get things together and they never knocked on my door at noon or even 3pm but randomly decided to barge in at 7 and demand I leave. They could have been a lot nicer about it or told me to leave earlier. There was also a cat that was living on the first floor and I decided to take it in but they accused me it being mine in the first place. Very rude owners

Full kitchen. I utilized the microwave. The downstairs microwave I wasn't sure how to use. If you use the kitchenware, you just need to put it back where it came from. Being your own food unless it is labeled for all use. Everyone will be satisfied with the accessible kitchen and two refrigerators!
