Closed Down Hotel. Does Not Exist!
Beware! There is no hotel; place is closed down. Hotels.com continued to send updates/confirmations upon my scheduled trip. Caused me a ton of trouble as it was a tough time to find a place to stay with short notice during Ultra Music Festival.

The stay was perfecto for me. Businesses I needed to visit are very close. Hotel is undergoing extensive repair and update. I can understand that for the noise and lack of other services.

Fair stay. Most of the bad comments you will read here are from people who pay little money and expect a 5-star hotel experience. Of course the room was not fantastic, but the hotel has the best location in town and thus a very good benefit cost ratio.

TERRIBLE experience!! The hotel is a massive disaster because it is under construction! The toilet was broken and kept running the whole night, they didn't do anything about it! They cut off the water in the room at 7 am because they had to work at the plumbing at our floor! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! Expedia has been AWFUL and TOTALLY UNSUPPORTIVE in this matter, we are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, one representative of Expedia said I will call you back and never did!! Another one hung up on us so we could not do the survey at the end of the call - UNBELIEVABLE. It is truly unfair to take advantage like this of travelers, shame on Expedia.

The hotel more like a hostel the room is small but it was clean . You can’t beat the price and the location is great . I think the other bad reviews have unrealistic expectations. For the price it’s a steal ,if you plan on being in the room all day it’s probably not for you but if you need a place to sleep at a great location a 20 min ride away from south beach also I would recommend . Public transit in the areas great
