We had issues right from the start when the entry code didn’t work. Thankfully, a couple who had stayed there previously helped us call and get an updated code. We stayed for 4 nights, but there was no room service during our entire stay. The bed was comfortable, but it only came with two pillows. On day 2, we texted multiple times requesting either a towel exchange or additional towels and two more pillows. While we received prompt responses each time, nothing was ever delivered.
The apartment is in a central location, which was convenient, but we wouldn't choose to stay somewhere without a receptionist again. When things go wrong, it really helps to have someone on-site to assist.
