I have stayed here many times. It says a lot that I recognize the staff. They are kind, considerate, the concierge is fantastic, and they remember your name.
The rooms are not NY rooms. They are huge with so much closet space. Absolutely fantastic gem in NYC!

We had a wonderful stay again at The Langham, I was travelling with my 13 year old son and felt very safe. All the staff were very friendly and hospitable but a particular shout out must go to Eja, one of the doormen, who went out of his way to ensure everything was great for our stay. He kept us right with various tips on getting about, sorting our bags and taxi back to the airport, nothing was too much for him. He is a credit to The Langham.
