I enjoyed my stay here, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not much of a continental breakfast but those aren't usually very good anyway. Did have both an internet outage and Dish TV outage on the two nights I stayed but that wasn't their fault. Will definitely stay again.

Spend $200 in Grand Junction or spend $60 in Parachute. I was impressed on the price and value and had no issues stopping here rather than a dive hotel in Junction. I normally stay at nice hotels but was in a pinch and would do it again if I had to.

When I woke in morning I got in shower the show head sprayed everywhere but shower. Once dressed I left and front desk was closed up and the so called continental break was no where to be found, there coffee bar had no coffee.

Disappointing experience. The AC barely worked—we had to crank the thermostat down to 64°F just to get the room to 72°F, and neither of the two control panels seemed to work right. Also, don't count on the 'breakfast.' They advertise it as available, but it’s just coffee, plain bread, and a few cookies.

Room was spacious and comfortable. I did have issues with the remote for the TV it would not turn on or off the TV as I was only in the room for a brief periods of time, this was not an issue. Biggest concern was the lack of hot water for showers. The water pressure was great, but the temperature of the water never reached what I would consider a hot. Running the water at the hottest and letting the water run for ten plus minutes, I was able to take most of the chill out of the water, where I was not taking a cold shower.

My room was just the right temperature when I walked in even though it was 100° outside there was a large refrigerator a cooktop and a microwave. The breakfast was excellent but minimal.
