One night stay
We booked one night stay at The Kings Arms Hotel, the staff were friendly and we checked in smoothly. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was good.
The room however needs a lot of improvement, the windows would not stay open at all, we realised they had a restriction due to safety but they would not open even a little and the room was hot, when asked about this we were told to prop it open with something which we did, we used a plastic glass from the bathroom which we told the member of staff we had done. The carpet in the room had a hole in it. The bath panel was in a dreadful state ( see photo) the basin taps had parts missing. The bed side lamp flickered when first put on and the socket was loose. The shower was powerful. The staff were friendly throughout our staff and the food was good.
