My recent stay at The Delborough Lagos from January 26th to 28th was a truly positive experience, exceeding my expectations in many regards. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the flawless check-in process and the warm, inviting ambiance of the hotel.
The hotel's location in the heart of Victoria Island is a major plus, providing easy access to a variety of restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. This made exploring the vibrant city a breeze.
Throughout my stay, the staff were consistently amazing and professional. Their attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. I especially want to commend the facility manager (I believe a response to this review will identify him by name) for his swift and professional resolution to a minor concern I raised. His proactive approach demonstrates the hotel's commitment to maintaining high standards.
The cleanliness of the hotel was adequate, and the security was very good. Given the hotel's location and calibre, the security was impeccable which was very re-assuring.
The food at The Delborough Lagos was delicious, with the breakfast being a particular highlight. However, I would suggest that the portion sizes could be slightly reduced, as they were quite generous.Overall, I had a wonderful stay at The Delborough Lagos. The combination of its prime location, exceptional service, delicious food, and secure environment makes it a standout choice for anyone visiting Victoria Island.
