I think it could have a revamp, i got it for £50 (apparently 40% off) with a 10% nhs discount (i paid £45) If one room really is around £80-90 at normal price i would be disappointed but im alright with how everything went. There was a small hair in the bed, the toilet did have bleach when i came but smelt like old wee, you can use the toilet in the small room with no leg space or any space. I didnt use the shower. The carpet was really frayed, the hangers were random and old and broken, basically nothing modern and it needs an up do. Especially if you pay full price no discount.
I really enjoyed how comfy the bed was and how clean the sheets were. And i really enjoy the breakfast aspect although again didnt use because im fasting. I also enjoyed the free wifi access, lovely staff too. Keep them.
Would i come here again? Probably not but they should use profits and revamp the place so people feel its money well spent. Maybe the bigger rooms are better, i was in room 7
Also i dont think you can turn on the heating, apparently its run ever hour or every other hour basically on their timing, It was very cold in the room. Lighting also quite dark and a little depressing, couldve done with a lamp or so
