We have a wonderful stay at this hotel and it was near shopping mall and Donki so that we could go our last day shopping in Japan. The staff was wonderful and we were able to leave our luggage with them in the morning before check in.

Everyone at The Knot Yokohama was incredible. Despite the language barrier, they were patient, kind, and attentive. I felt very fish-out-of-water in Japan, but fortunately I have a great home base at The Knot where I was able to relax and feel welcome. Highly recommend! And the food at Smoke Door... FABULOUS!!

Only a 5-7 minute walk from the Yokohama station. There's an Aeon and Vivre right behind the hotel and a Lawsons right next door. Plenty of food options plus a Don Quiote nearby. Room was a decent size for a family of 5. Facilities are clean -- comes with in-house laundry and vending machine. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place that's affordable and surrounded by convenience.

There was no indication that housekeeping is only once in 3 days when we made the hotel booking. Its misleading & disappointing. The room's carpet had stains & room very dusty. Bath tub was dirty & water drainage was very slow on 2nd day of stay. Wont recommend anyone to stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location — just steps from shops, restaurants, and the train station. The reception, the bar, and the restaurant are beautifully designed with a quirky, rustic charm, which is what initially drew me to book. We were provided with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a kettle, a hair conditioner (though only two mugs for three guests). Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. While it followed the same beautiful stylish design, the carpet was dirty and ripped, and the shower room felt tired and unappealing. I wasn’t informed that our room (Room 411 – Wide Family Twin Room, Non Smoking) would face industrial air-conditioning/ventilation pipes. The glass of windows was completely blocked by a white film and the noise was loud enough that we couldn’t open the window — none of this was mentioned in the photos or description. The corridor also had stained carpets and a noticeable smell. Adding some art to the walls and replacing the carpets would make a huge improvement. We stayed only one full day and two nights, so I didn’t raise a complaint, but I left feeling quite disappointed.

二日間お世話になり、とても雰囲気も良いシンプルで清潔なホテルと思います。 一階にはBARがあり、ウェルカムドリンクがいただけたのですが、残念ながら時間が合わず行けなかった😭次は行きたいです。 こういった洒落たホテルには、周辺の案内も出来ない様な若い従業員がフロントの事がほとんどのところ、年代的にも上の方々もいらっしゃるので、滞在中に色々ご相談に乗っていただいた際やその後どうしましたか？とか気にかけてくださって、それだけで安心感があります。 夏に滞在したのですが、建物が良いのか、空調もとても快適に回っていて寝苦しさもなく、居心地が良かったです。 家具もシンプル、丸テーブルがベッドキワまで動かせて良かった。ワイヤーの壁付きラックたち良かったです。自分で持ち込んだカバンも掛けられて使いやすい！ メイク用の鏡は有りますが、高さが無いので女性がそれに使うのにはどこか高い位置に置かないと使いづらいです。 お風呂の洗面蛇口が長すぎて洗面台で使うとき水がダラダラしました。これは、お風呂にお湯はりするための蛇口？でしょうか。 全自動のドラム式洗濯乾燥機が３台あり、洗剤不要（自動投入）容量少なめだと400円であまり混まない時間帯に使えば宿泊分の洋服も準備しなくてもいけそうです。氷も大カップで無料で貰えてうれしい。
