I spent a weekend in this place: first impression is going back to the very first language course in England and Ireland, hosted by a family.
Here is quite similar: you rent a room in a beautiful house, decorated with taste and charme, mixing modern and classic style.
The sensation is that you are not in a hotel, so you have not to follow the standard formalities, improving the general comfort.
Breakfast (a pro) is served in the lounge in front of the amazing kitchen: the related quality is really good.
Neighborhood is one of the best in the city (a pro): quiet, but full of shops, pubs and restaurants at walking distance. There is also a shopping center not far from here.
People managing the hotel are another pro: we received attentions and they helped us and kindly satisfied our requests.
Cost-benefit is the final pro: hard to say if there is something so good at this price per night...
Here the cons: walls in our room needed to be painted (even if the room was generally clean) and there were no hooks (for towels) in the bathroom.
But the worst con was the phone/doorbell ring: probably we weren't lucky enough with our room (just above the reception); however, that noise drove us insane...
Resuming: I would suggest to everyone to try this address, as well as suggesting to the hotel manager to fix the cons I underlined: I would definitely spend few euros more per night in change of less noise and a fresh painting...
