Poor
The bedroom we stayed in (406) was boiling hot, we were unable to open the windows and the heating wouldn’t go below 21 degrees! This made spending any time in the room uncomfortable and we struggled to get to sleep. This was particularly difficult for our 2 children.
On the Thursday morning we were woken abruptly around 6:30 by an exercise class from the gym. The music was so loud that it was vibrating through our room and I assume the person leading the class was using a microphone because we could hear what they were shouting throughout the class. I understand that the gym is attached to the hotel but found it unacceptable to be awoken by the classes, especially at this hour of the day when we were on a short break, hoping to be able to relax.
I’d like a refund for our disappointing stay.
