Fees & policies

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.

Optional extras

• Buffet breakfast is offered for an extra charge of approximately EUR 15.00 for adults and EUR 10.00 for children
• Airport shuttle service is offered for an extra charge of EUR 100 per room (one-way)

Renovations and closures

Children & extra beds

• Cribs/infant beds are available for EUR 5 per day
• Rollaway beds are available for EUR 21 per day
• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Parking

• Covered valet parking costs EUR 25 per day

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in the spa, and guests under 18 years old are only allowed with adult supervision
• Reservations are required for massage services, spa treatments, and private bath/onsen and can be made by contacting the property before arrival at the number on the booking confirmation
