Disappointing

What’s called a boutique hotel. The room was well appointed but a king sized bed made a small room even smaller. Breakfast was disappointing- we had to beg for extra bacon and the choice was extremely limited. It is convenient for the Albert Hall and the museums but I don’t think we’ll stay there again

Friendly and helpful staff with a quiet and cozy room. The a/c in the room was also great as the weather was incredibly hot during my stay. Close to public transport, shops, restaurants, etc and the Royal Albert Hall which was my reason for staying.

Warmly welcomed to the hotel by friendly staff. Really appreciated my free upgrade and early check-in. The room and bathroom were a good size and very clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable (even with my bad back). Will definitely stay again.

I did not like the fact that there were 2 elevators. I stayed in 2 different rooms and had to go up and down stairs regardless of the elevators. For that reason, i would probably not stay at this hotel again.
