The hotel was very clean and felt very safe. Great location and very close to the Rialto Bridge. Staff was great and very kind, even suggested a waterboat to get to the airport which was a much cheaper option to a water taxi.

Great location, nice property. The only difficulties were 1. the stairs, we were on the top floor and no elevator, so it was almost 100 steps. 2. The water pressure of the sink and shower was very low. As far as the location, it was great, the host was amazing. Very easy to walk anywhere.

Great lodging in a great location

We had a very nice stay here. The room was nice, the hotel has immense charm, and was very conveniently located for our activities in Venice. Luca, the manager, was very helpful and friendly, and was very accommodating for our early-morning departure/check-out. I only gave comfort 4 out of 5 because I found the mattress to be very stiff - it was in good condition, just a difference of preference.
