Locanda ai Bareteri

Great location, nice property. The only difficulties were 1. the stairs, we were on the top floor and no elevator, so it was almost 100 steps. 2. The water pressure of the sink and shower was very low. As far as the location, it was great, the host was amazing. Very easy to walk anywhere.

This property was so amazing! For our first trip to Venice, it was such an amazing taste of the ‘old world’. Luca was so kind and a great host, sending emails before giving us such specific directions that there was no way we could get lost in the maze of Venice. He also gave us all of the options, private taxi, water bus and trains to get from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is centrally located and so convenient, literally four minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Luca was also very helpful in planning our departure from Venice. 100% would recommend.

Great lodging in a great location

We had a very nice stay here. The room was nice, the hotel has immense charm, and was very conveniently located for our activities in Venice. Luca, the manager, was very helpful and friendly, and was very accommodating for our early-morning departure/check-out. I only gave comfort 4 out of 5 because I found the mattress to be very stiff - it was in good condition, just a difference of preference.

Well to getting is complicated with self checking, we get a room in the 4 store is NO elevators, other thing is No TV in rooms and last thing water in the shower was cutting off so often and we have to open and closings valves. In general place is in good shape If you can live we all thats location is great 3 minutus from san marcos squares

Lovely hotel situated perfectly within walking distance to either san Marco square or rialto bridge! Kind helpful staff, lovely room with small balcony but air conditioning didn’t work and the shower was very small ! Located in the Rialto area of Venice, this is a quaint hotel. There is not an elevator, so if you cannot climb stairs, this is not for you. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and helped made our stay pleasant.
