This place is cute, professional, and well-located. Our experience was overall positive but with some blips. We started out in a junior suite that could NOT have been any nicer. Doe to how we booked, however, we ended up in a standard room the rest of the time, and, though clean and fine, the smaller room was not a room we were happy with. I will take the responsibility for that. The other minor glitches however, I think deserve attention. First, we were recommended to a place to eat that was kind of far away and quite awful (Vecchia Falconiere) when it turns out that there is an EXCELLENT restaurant about 2 blocks away (Vecchia Enoteca?)! Thanks to a cab driver for this welcomed information! When we recommended that the "advice list" be changed to include the 2d restaurant, we got kind of a runaround which suggested to us that perhaps there were "arrangements" made with certain restaurants. I don't mind that unless it results in an inaccurate dining recommendation, which it did. We were also annoyed to find out upon checkout that breakfast in the morning was not free, but cost 10 euro per person. This resulted in our feeling kind of nickeled and dimed at this place. That being said, I would definitely book there again, depending on whether a junior suite was available.
