This is a wonderful hotel with an excellent breakfast. We have stayed here before. It is pet friendly. You must agree to the pet policy at check in, yet the rules are not enforced. Two dogs came at me in the Lobby-I was able to jump away or I would have been bitten. Those two dogs barked the entire time the owner was checking in, the employee witnessed the dogs coming at me, yet she was still allowed to stay. There's more... my room was next to a guest who had at least 2 dogs with them... apparently, it's fine to leave dogs alone in the room while you go out for drinks and dinner. My husband and I listened for 2 hours of barking before I went to front desk and complained. The poor employee had difficulty locating the dog owners, when she finally did, the guest were allowed to stay. The dogs must have trashed the room, since hotel towels covered in dog poop were placed in the hallway-disgusting!! And last...at breakfast, a guest brought his dog into the food area-it was clearly not a service dog. These 3 dog owners had one thing in common...they were all 20 something, self-centered idiots who thought the world revolved around them. We will not stay here again since I can't get over the poop covered hotel towels that are likely still being used by other guest. This hotel needs to charge more ($50 pet animal) and they would eliminate these stupid people.
