Staying here is dangerous to your health and life!
Unfortunately, there is no rating of 0 - they don't deserve more!Trying to combine the incompatible,a bar on the 1st floor, where music plays loudly all night,a hostel on the 2nd,where it is impossible to relax, the owner thinks only about his income, and not about the comfort of the guests! Be prepared that here you will encounter rudeness and complete unwillingness to help! Another problem is that the owner, instead of hiring qualified employees,hires his acquaintances who haven't competence and instead of working, smoke in the yard! First they tried to scam me by trying to put me in a different type of room than I booked! They didn’t admit their guilt,but said there was a problem with booking! There was a washing machine, but they were too lazy to wash the linen; not only was it not white, but there was no duvet cover at all! As a result, another customer gave me her duvet cover and helped me open the drawer, so there was absolutely no help from the staff! Since there is no heating at all, for the FIRST TIMe I had to cover myself with my own coat, since the blanket was thin. Instead of washing the towels, they tried to convince me that the robe was a towel. The water in the shower was not hot enough for washing, they didn’t know about taking out the garbage at all-the buckets were overfilled. They had locks for the cabinets, but for rent they demanded money! There were kettles on the counter, but they didn’t even give me a cup of boiled water, and they also threatened me!
