I transferred to this property because the La Quinta on Wall Street was in deplorable conditions. It had water leaks in the floor and walls and ceiling, the sheets were dirty, the lamps didn't work, there were cigarette remains and beer bottle caps in the parking lot, the door had dust and Cobb Webb's on the inside. I felt extremely unsafe. I asked Expedia to transfer me to the La Quinta on the loop. It was much nicer, cleaner, I felt safer, and overall it was a better experience. I did have neighbors who argued at midnight and were loud on Friday to Saturday evening. Other than that, it was good. I didn't like that I was charged $182.00 more for moving. I feel I should not have been charged the extra. I was in town because my sister's husband died. I was there for his funeral. It was already hard enough. Then, experiencing the first La Quinta which was terrible and having to pay extra and the moving all my things to the other made me late to the viewing services for my brother in law. At any rate, thank you for allowing me to give you my thoughts on what happened.
