Problematic Check-in Process: Upon arrival, your staff firmly stated that check-in would not be possible until 3:00 PM, forcing me to leave my luggage and depart. However, when I returned at 3:10 PM, I was unexpectedly required to complete additional digital forms. Furthermore, despite being a first-time visitor, I received no clear directions to the entrance and was simply told to "follow along" without proper guidance.
Shockingly Poor Room Condition: When I arrived on the 4th floor, the entrance to my room was blocked by a mop and vacuum cleaner, yet I was told to enter anyway. The entire unit smelled of dirty mop water, and the kitchen emitted what can only be described as a putrid, decomposing odor. The same foul smell was coming from the dishwasher as well. This situation fails to meet even the most basic hygiene standards.
Disturbing Room Environment: A coat hanger was hanging from the ceiling in front of the living room TV, creating an unsettling and threatening atmosphere. Lamp plugs were disconnected, and no explanation or instruction about the unit was provided at all.
Unresponsive Staff and Poor Service: When I called to report the lack of toilet paper and other issues, I was promised a callback that never came. I was ultimately forced to go to the 1st floor myself to obtain toilet paper.
