I will not be staying here anymore. It was awful!!
I originally booked a handicap accessible room due to myself and my sister whom is 86 years old to be comfortable because of our medical necessities. The room was nasty and not sanitized properly. The front desk attendant stated that if she moved me there would be a up charge. She also stated that she could re clean the room but I had to wait. I drove 3 hours to attend a family member’s burial and to arrive to a room that was unsanitary with trash under both beds made me highly upset. The front desk attendant ended up placing me on the third floor which caused me to have great pain due to my medical condition also my 86 year old sister is terrified of elevators which also made me even more upset. Saturday morning I woke up looking for my glasses, and I looked under the beds and this is when we discovered trash under both beds. I have pictures and videos of this. I asked the housekeeping attendant to clean my room, she replied that I had to put in the day before to get my room cleaned and she would not get paid to clean my room because I did not book a cleaning the previous to the stay. I went downstairs to show the front desk attendant Alisha the pictures of videos of how dirty the beds were underneath, she was in shock that there was that much trash under the bed. Alisha was really nice and cooperative about the situation. Saturday night when I got back to the room I looked under the bed to see if it had been cleaned it was even more trash. The overall stay was awful!!!!
