BAD! We checked in and the whole building smelled like cigarettes and weed. The room was disgusting! Bedding and furniture was stained. We did not stay there. We had to leave and find somewhere else!

We were at a volleyball tournament all day. Arrived at hotel and were told our reservation was cancelled, along with 13 others due to overbooking. We did not cance l. Had to drive 30 miles out of the way to find another place as everything was booked. How can this happen

Check in was ok. When I returned to the room for the night I discovered that there were no hangers. When I went down to the desk to provide notice and ask for hangers the desk clerk on duty stated that there was nothing she could do about that. Not helpful at all. I finally got a hanger from a different staff member who wasn’t even on duty. The shower had no knob to control the water flow and temperature. Even thou the building is suppose to be smoke free it’s not. Again the desk clerk was not helpful. You should not list this property. It’s a dump!

not the best, but okay

please do not show baymont rooms for the super 8 hotel. it is misleading and we assumed that we would get a decent room. instead, we were in a room where our room key was even difficult to use on the door. but, it was still a decent experience. breakfast could have been better, and the customer service was poor. there was no one there to greet us as we entered the hotel and there was no ice bucket to use. however, there were good amenities like the fridge and microwave. so overall, it was ok.

Disappointing

The Super 8 was sort of hidden behind a Baymont hotel but we found it. The entrance for "Super 8 Lobby" had nobody working at the desk so we waited for several minutes until a resident told us to check in on the other side of the building. We went around the building but found no other entrance so we went to the front desk at the Baymont. Apparently that is where Super 8 guests are supposed to check in. We wanted to pay cash, but they could only accept cash if you had the exact amount so we had to use a card. The room was okay, nothing special, mattresses seemed saggy like they were maybe 20 years old. One thin blanket for the bed. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6 but as of 6:15 the door was still locked and the lights were off. I drove around to the Baymont and found a breakfast room there, but they had no coffee, no hot water for tea, no batter for the waffle maker, no fruit.... all they had was scrambled eggs and juice. A guest told me they were still trying to make coffee. So I waited 20 minutes but nobody from the staff brought coffee, waffle batter, fruit, or anything else. I inquired at the front desk and the guy there said they were busy working on the breakfast for the Super 8.... so I drove back to the breakfast room on the Super 8 side and found the door open and the lights on, however... no decaf, no hot water for tea, no juice, no fruit, no waffles, no muffins, no donuts, no eggs, nothing that was supposed to be there. That's what they called their breakfast.

This place is filthy. Hotel room reeked of urine and smoke. Only provided one bath towel and hand towel. The bath handle was broken. Entrance door didn’t require key card to enter. Mouse traps by entrance.

Very disappointed

Rooms dirty, drywall peeling, plastic bag over the smoke detector. Smelled of POT everywhere. Exit door locked and we were told it was to keep the homeless out, and it stayed locked the whole time of my stay.

Worst sleep ever

To start with no one was at the front counter had to check in at a baymont inn on the same property. The hotel was to be 100% smoke free and reeked of drugs. There was only one set of towels and when I walked over to the Baymont Inn they did not have any extras. The bath fixture had issues you either had cold or scalding hot water. The beds made us toss and turn the whole night worst sleep ever. There were cobwebs and filth on the walls. I would suggest to demo the building and start over.

“You get what you pay for” It was so sketchy. The motel was BEHIND what looks like a nicer one (but not by much) and no one was at the front desk. There was a sign saying that if we wanted to check in, we had to go back to the first hotel since the motel was understaffed. There was also vomit near the front door. The woman checking me in seemed to be under the influence because of the vibe she gave off. I think the biggest thing was the SMELL. We got to the floor by the stairs and ironically, there was a sign that said “thank you for keeping it smoke-free” and ALL I could smell was cigarette smoke. It gave me headaches and it was just not good. All in all, “you get what you pay for” since my dad and I were only there for one night.

Terrible service

Paid for a king got a double queen room was dirty garbage behind the bed, remote didn’t work had to get a cable box free breakfast that was advertised wasn’t available. Hotel freaked of weed, which I am allergic to so that was awesome. My boyfriend went and talked to front desk they refused to refund our money or upgrade us to a better room. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!!

Couldn’t check in at the Super 8 had to go to hotel Baymont around a corner. No working tv in first 2 rooms I went to had to walk back around to inform them no phones in hotel worked. Breakfast was in other Hotel Baymont not Super 8. There is a new manager she got on the problems. 3 rd room curtains didn’t meet wall so I had to figure that out. Pool outside didn’t say that. Bathroom was dirty floor a where to roll goes dirty. My son’s room had no tv box was stolen. Keys weren’t properly put in had to go next day to other hotel to rekey. We’d been at the hospital in Nebraska 2 hour drive very tired then had to deal with keys. Washer dryer out of order

Do not go for any reason.

It was my worst experience at any hotel establishment I have ever had. The keys to the rooms didn't work which was a known problem to staff that they didn't care to fix. So few workers that you couldn't check in at the hotel we had a room for and instead had to go to the hotel next door to check in. Nothing in the hotel looked like it had been cleaned in at least a month and the workers were talking about filming a porn in the hotel in front of my wife and I. When I went in to cancel the room immediately before I could even finish my thought I was told "Listen honey it doesn't matter what your excuse is you're not getting a refund." Needless to say it was awful and I will not be going back.

No front desk, no security, filthy, disgusting, homeless sleeping in hallways, people digging through dumpster, no toilet seat, entire hotel is filthy, unsanitary, & more like a flop house for the homeless. Not fit for anyone or anything alive to be subjected to!place for homel

this is a great place to stay if you are traveling or just need to get away. rooms are clean , warm . breakfast was good . i will say that coffee should be offered throughout the day and I don't think the dining room should be locked after breakfast is over simply because maybe a person would like to sit there to read, or enjoy the view outside or communicate with others or just enjoy a cup of coffee . the older lady at the front desk is not a people person. she was kinda rude.
