I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel.
I stayed from April 10th to April 14th, and the room conditions were unacceptable. There were cockroaches in the room, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, and the sound insulation was very poor. It was easy to hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms, making it difficult to rest.
After checkout, I forgot my Apple charger (adapter and cable) in the room. I returned to the hotel the same day and again the following day seeking assistance, but instead of helping, I was directed to an online lost and found system (Report ID: 45246624).
Since then, I have only received automated responses. No one from the hotel has contacted me or made any effort to assist.
I also tried calling the hotel multiple times and sent messages through the booking platform, but no one responded.
It is extremely frustrating that even after going back to the hotel in person twice, I was given no real support and was redirected to a system that does not work.
This reflects a serious lack of customer service, communication, and consideration.
Based on this experience, I will never stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
Very disappointing.
