Blue green vacation is an amazing hotel, we have been back time and time again. They are so freindly and for the price for one week you just can't beat it. If your in the lincon area and want a hotel room that feels like home blue green is the place to go

Wonderful amenities. Nice location. Suite with separate living space, large kitchen with island and large appliances, separate bedroom and bathroom with separate soaking tub, and wide balcony with views of mountain. Loved this for the great price.

I absolutely loved this place. The only thing was I am so use to these locations having activities onsite. Especially the weekend or holiday weekend and this didn’t. But other than that my stay was wonderful. The rooms the staff and the location. I would visit again.

Overall it was fine - we were just there to sleep. The balconies were nice to have to open and get some fresh air because if I have one complaint it is that the air quality is not great. Very dry, so either operating the ceiling fan or cracking a window/door to get fresh air is recommended. Okay, a couple other notes - at first the fireplace seemed cozy and like a good idea, but once it was operating for a few minutes the room started to smell like propane or gas or oil so we had to shut it off and open windows to air it out (I’ve heard that’s common with enclosed gas fireplaces). The other annoyance was that we were required to take the garbage out - it probably was in the small print and not a big deal but go in knowing this. Overall it was a fine place to sleep - bed was “okay”. The best part was the location to the Kancamagus.

Exceeded our expectations. Rooms were spotless and very spacious. Full well equipped kitchen. Front desk hostess Allison was very friendly and cheerful. We used complementary laundry and fitness center. Location was perfect; close to Loon Mountain, Flume Gorge and Lost River. Would highly recommend this property.

We booked our room 5 months in advanced to celebrate our anniversary! Everything was perfect until the first morning we went to shower and had a major backup! Which was addressed right away by the front desk and maintenance. Come to find out they couldn’t fix it had to wait for a plumber the next day. Communication on what was happening next took three hours! Than we were put in another room (downgraded) for the night, apparently that was all they had, ruining part of our stay! Out of their control we knew this, but no apologies from the management at all!! As she stood there several times when we were at the desk. Have to say the desk person was more compassionate!! She kept apologizing!!

Clean place. Unfortunately our room was facing the main road and trucks that were coming in and out of the parking lot (garbage and delivery trucks) were soo loud and kept us up. Also there was a loud bang every hour through the night and we received no sleep. so not very peaceful on that side of the building. I would try to get a room in the back of the building overlooking the pool. We did not reach out to the host as we only stayed two nights and were hoping the second night would be less loud.
