Check in: arrived to a line in the lobby with only one employee. After about 15 minutes of waiting someone came and helped. They were very friendly but didn't seem experienced. They didn’t understand when I asked if there was an incidental hold on my card. Also, the agent kept telling me about things happening next week even though I was only staying one night.
The room: my room was NOT very clean, someone’s undies were even in the drawer! I was very underwhelmed with the view. We even were lucky enough to switch rooms to the rear in hopes of a better view and it was worse. Right above stinky vents, cigarette smells, the dumpsters. Don’t spring for a view.
Dinner: we had an amazing a experience with food, drinks and staff. Can’t say enough about the servers and management we really enjoyed them. The space was cramped and no high chairs. The booster didn’t have a seatbelt making dinner difficult for us.
The pool: delightful! We enjoyed it very much. A drunk person broke glass at the exit though. The locker room was filthy!! Toilet paper on the floor, pee on the seats, towels everywhere!
Sleep: in my opinion the bed was very uncomfortable and poorly made with linens that didn’t fit. It looked lumpy and felt even worse.
Breakfast: we called from the room to place an order, after being on hold for a few minutes someone hung up on us. The food was just okay, they did not give us utensils.
Check out: Seemed too busy to care. Did not offer me a receipt.
