The front desk clerk/manager (whichever title the male represents) has the worst customers service I've endured ever in life. My husband and I were traveling back to Georgia when my husband realized that he didnt have his wallet. My husband knew the last place he possessed his wallet was at Pallette Hotel, in the bedroom, on the night stand. My husband called back to the Hotel to inform the front desk male staff that he left the wallet in the room and was sure that the wallet had fallen in between the night stand and bed. The front desk male stated he would have staff go check the room and give us a call back. It took my husband and I several times to contact the front desk hotel for an update. The front desk male was ignoring our calls because he did not want to take the time to honor our request of going to the room we stayed in to verify the wallet was there, as we knew it was. We eventually called from a different number, the front desk male answers, knew exactly who my husband was and stated "Shawn Moon, we sent staff back to the room and we didn't find your wallet". This answer did not sit well with my husband and I. We asked a family friend, who was also on vacation in Myrtle Beach, to go by the hotel and request to check the room. When our family friend arrive, the front desk male was still there, giving her the same answer. Even saying the room was occupied. Another employee heard our request, went to the room, found the wallet exactly where we told her it would be.
