I would like to express my appreciation for the dedicated staff members of the establishment, who have consistently demonstrated their commitment to their roles and the well-being of the hotel's guests. However, I must raise a concern regarding certain aspects of the hotel's policies and the manner in which they were implemented during a recent stay.
My partner and I reserved a Junior Suite for a duration of 8 nights, amounting to a total of 2275 euros. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen and distressing family circumstances, we were compelled to prematurely conclude our stay after only 3 nights and 4 days. While my remarks pertain primarily to matters of policy and service, I wish to reiterate my positive assessment of the staff members who have diligently served us.
During our departure, I encountered several instances which gave rise to my concern:
1. There was an unexpected charge of 15 euros for the consumption of a beer and a glass of wine, which were enjoyed over the course of two days. I humbly submit that such charges, particularly when they become a subject of dispute, can detract from the overall guest experience and perception of the establishment.
2. Despite the availability of an internal airport transfer service, I was surprised to discover that the hotel did not offer assistance or facilitate transportation to the airport upon our departure. Instead, a charge was levied for this service.
