The hotel feels outdated with old, dingy rooms. Our shower clogged constantly, and the water took hours to drain. Dining options are limited, with three restaurants requiring reservations every time.
The worst part was being tricked into a time-share presentation. Staff promised a 2-for-1 massage for my sister's birthday if we had breakfast at their sister hotel, but we ended up being forced into a 90-minute presentation. When we returned, they hadn't reserved our massage, but the manager eventually made it right.
On the plus side, the staff was friendly, and there wasn’t much vendor hassle on the beach. Great location as well. Near restaurants and bars. I’d still recommend it, but be prepared for some inconveniences.
