Unfortunately, I only save the location which is perfect for visiting downtown Chicago, a 5 minutes walk from Millenium Park and 2 steps from Michigan Av, the hotel is right on the Riverwalk, but the room is small, not very functional, overlooking the courtyard, despite having requested a room on the upper floors and with a view at the time of booking, the kitchenette and free laundry service were very convenient, for service room you have to send a text message to request cleaning and more, obviously I sent more than 1 without receiving an answer, not even the cleaning of the room, I asked at the reception, but all they could do was empty the garbage bins, they didn't make the bed, nor change towels, we needed more toilet paper, but nothing, without forgetting the general cleanliness of the room, unfortunately a big disappointment
