Amazing experience !!!
I’m not sure where the people stayed that submitted the bad reviews. It must be like the lady that sent her steak back four times at dinner, unrealistic expectations for sure. Our stay was amazing. The hotel was nice, there was always someone cleaning and making the place look great. We were there for a week and we were picky about a lot of things, we had every request honored and it was quick and responsive. We were able to make reservations at three of the speciality restaurants, be patient and it was easy. That’s not to short change the buffet. We found the food to be excellent. Much better than we expected and better than any cruise ship we have been on. The star of the show was the staff. We did not have one bad encounter, just the opposite. Everyone was kind and helpful, even seemed genuinely determined for us to have a good vacation. Smiles, good conversation, asking to help, really determined to serve. I appreciate how hard it is to do that day in and day out for so many guest so thank you. I would ignore the bad reviews unless you are one of those people that will never be happy, take your bad vibes elsewhere. My observation was people were having a great time and it was contagious. Again thank you for a great experience.
