Small rooms with limited storage space.
The room which we got had good view of the strip and the bed was super comfortable. But the room was quite small and there was considerable lack of storage options. Out of the two drawers provided, a safe had occupied 80% space of one of the drawers. The bathroom on the other hand was quite spacious. We had to walk a lot to reach the garage and the strip to catch a public transport.

Ridiculous EXTRA fees!
The location and amenities were very good. However, the exorbitant daily resort fee IN ADDITION to a daily parking fee is ridiculous! I will look for a more reasonable priced location to stay at next time that didn't charge me $18 per day to park and $50 per day as a resort fee. The pool wasn't even open when I went so not sure what the fee was for!

Family Fun
When I made our reservations, I chose the VIP option, which I had done for a trip back in August. With this VIP option, in August, we stayed in the Conrad. This time around was not put in the Conrad, that was disappointing. I also was supposed to receive a certificate for a drink in the lounge, but never received it. The rooms accomodation for more than 2 people is quite tight. The drawers offered are not enough as one drawer contains a giant safe. A small pool and the hot tub were open during our stay. There was no service at the pool, which is okay, however we were told we couldn't bring outside drinks to the pool. The drinks we were bringing were non-alcoholic. Then were told by pool employees we could DoorDash, which didn't make sense. This conflicting info was frustrating.

I just wanted out and I found a deal and I secured it ! I loved it! It was a nice hotel with a nice view in my room ! Very clean and organized ! I was a little confused getting into the actual check in lobby , but other than that it was excellent service with friendly staff!

Would not come back
Front desk reception (Heidy) was not so friendly nor accommodating and looked unhappy at her job. We asked for a late check out and she said to call next morning. Then I said that we prefer to book it in advance as we were flying out late next day and was willing to pay the $100 late check out fee that hotels normally charge and she was still reluctant to until I insisted. I have never had an issue with this at any other hotels especially if we are paying for the late check out fee. In the end, she did do it for us but seemed miserable for doing so, I’m not sure what the issue was. We were just at the Wynn and did the same thing with no issues. Will not be going back here due to service. Also, a lot of the restaurants and stores seemed to be closed during the busy holiday season which is strange as every other hotel on the strip was busy and vibrant.
