The lobby as we walked in was dirty, certainly, it was not vacuumed that day The room they gave us first didn’t have shower curtain, and A/C, heat unit was not working I reported it to the guy at the registration and he placed us into another room
There was no blanket on the bed . Only a thin bed spread I asked for a blanket, because it was cold that night The guy at the registration told me that’s how the room was, no blanket. I told him the other room has a blanket, he said some room has blanket, some doesn’t, it could not be changed I said that didn’t make sense Later, he brought the blanket to my room The next morning, we found out that there is no hot water in the whole hotel The explanation was, “I told you last night.”
It’s a terrible hotel, nothing really worked Don’t stay here
