Complimentary internet service was down during my stay. Also, this place is so new and “updated” that some explanation for how to move around the hotel is necessary, especially for older people like myself. I was give zero instruction and when I went back to ask for help, I was just given words instead of the front desk person walking the short distance to the elevator. Just a good way to step up customer service.
