The facility is too old. Water didn't stop running from bathroom tap.

This was a safe and quiet place to stay, staff was super friendly. Easy access to downtown San Jose, and close to the airport.

This was our first time day not this establishment. It’s pretty good. Staff was real friendly. I would come back.

This was a place that families stayed for a place for living. Very close to the airport. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom not clean.

the shower had mold all though out the tub, sink and toilet looked like they hadnt been cleaned. its fine if you need somewhere cheap to stay the night and you dont plan on being in the room other than to sleep.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. Everything else was ok enough. The thing was how comically small the dish, sponge, and shampoo were.

The bathroom counter and sink had not been cleaned and were full of hair. The shower walls were full of mold and the paint was peeling. The building is old and needs updating. We’ve stayed in other Extended Stay hotels that had fully equipped kitchens. This one had nothing. We would not stay here again, even though it’s close to the airport.

Horrible, we checked in and there was a leak in bathroom, towels were stained. Outdated and dirty rooms, saw insects could have possibly been roaches. Would not stay here ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also sketchy people, Seems as if some live there.

The room itself was ok except a leaking shower that flooded the bathroom and the fact that the shower couldn’t do anything but spray scalding hot water (that part was fixed - the leak was not). There are homeless people living in cars in the parking lot and outside of the hotel windows. Breakfast was a nutra-grain bar. I never got coffee because there was always someone in the tiny space blocking it. Once it was a guy with a wagon and a pitbull. The sidewalk was covered in disgusting spilled sticky stuff, broken glass and trash. DON’T TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE!!

The breakfast is NOT breakfast at all!! It is just a couple of granola bars available and water/coffee. That was it. No pancakes or waffles. NOTHING. so dont expect. It is NOT breakfast.

I have already sent a review describing how there was a huge puddle of water upon entering the room. I had another room for another person for one night that did not have flooding. I am supposed to get a 50% discount on the entire bill for the first room for 2 night. I was told that the 3rd party Expedia has to do it. I am not happy with this answer,

The staff at this property were all very nice but the property itself is a disaster. The 25 days I stayed I had a cockroach run across my chest while laying in bed watching tv I saw the police there multiple times for domestic violence and other things
Elevator with food on the floor
Cord guard with some substance on it
Tub condition
Bathroom wall condition

Started off bad. There are weird people hanging around smoking weed and being loud. As soon as we got into our room the floor of the bathroom was flooded. The room itself was not as clean as expected with a weird smell. So they moved us into another room which smelled better. Upstairs was banging on the ground all night. Overall terrible stay and I couldn't wait to check out. At least the water was hot.
