This is a great hotel. Wonderful staff, spotlessly clean room and lobby area. Also, very nice lounge area with 24/7 coffee, tea and both still and sparkling purified water on tap. Also, the location is great, within walking distance of the theaters. I definitely plan to stay here in future trips to New York.

I was in NYC on business so I didn’t hang out in the room much but it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the window opened some which I love. The gym was a little small but I got a run in and the coffee was good.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. It’s a simple hotel, but it has everything you need. Being able to refill water glasses and water bottles is very convenient. There’s also a great coffee machine in the room, and the coffee downstairs is delicious.
The staff at the reception are incredibly friendly and helpful. They really do their best to make sure guests have a great stay. The room has a flat-screen TV so you can stream, the beds are very comfortable, and everything is clean and well kept. It’s simply excellent. Ten out of ten!
